Every woman I know wears multiple hats—many, many hats every day. We do so much for so many and we often forget ourselves. I created a place for us to remember ourselves and our health. A sanctuary for self-care and community: The Walking Women.

 

The Walking Women is my members-only walking community. I created it to solve the problem of how, when and where you care for yourself and your health.

Walking has been my lifeline, saving me not once, but three times. Through each challenge, walking has been my steadfast companion, guiding me towards whole self health—body, mind, and spirit.
